Refund and Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for hygiene reasons at Reachful Beauty. However, we are happy to exchange a product if we have sent you the wrong one. To request an exchange, please email us at info@reachfulbeauty.com. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Once we receive your exchange request, we will review it and provide you with instructions if it is approved. If your request is denied, we will send you an email explaining why.

 Prices

Prices for our products are all final sales and fixed prices.

The cardholder is responsible for keeping a copy of transaction records and the merchant policies and rules.
